Refund Policy

At imkb, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our offerings, including energy healing services, digital products, and programs.


1. DISCLAIMERS

  • Tarot Readings: Tarot readings provided on this Site are for entertainment purposes only. The information offered through tarot is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on the information provided during a tarot session.
  • Energy Healing: The energy healing services provided, including but not limited to reiki, sound healing, and mindset coaching, are considered complementary therapies and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. These services should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns or questions about treatment options.

2. ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS

  • Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or missed appointments

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • Digital products, including but not limited to downloadable guides, audio files, or other content, are non-refundable.
  • If similar content appears in other programs or products offered by imkb, no refunds or rebates will be provided for overlapping material.

4. PROGRAMS (E.G., VITALITY ACTIVATION)

Refunds for programs, such as Vitality Activation, are subject to the following terms:


14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of the first session if you are unsatisfied for any reason. To qualify:
  • You must have attended at least two sessions.
  • Any materials provided must be returned or confirmed as unused.

Partial Refunds:

  • Requests beyond the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if less than 75% of the program has been completed.
  • Refund amounts will be prorated based on services delivered and an administrative fee of 10% of the total program cost.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Refunds will not be granted for failure to participate or engage with program materials, sessions, or assignments.
  • Clients who choose to pause or transfer their enrollment to a future date are not entitled to refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued for outstanding payment plan balances.

5. PAYMENT PLAN OBLIGATIONS

  • Clients on payment plans are required to fulfill their payment obligations as agreed.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to products or services.
  • Outstanding balances must be paid in full before access can be reinstated. Refunds are not available for missed payments.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email kat@goforburns.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include the following:

  • Your name and email address.
  • The product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.


7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REFUND POLICY

By completing a purchase, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. This acknowledgment is binding and overrides any claims of misunderstanding regarding refund eligibility.
